“Have courage, God is with you!”

(Venerable Mother Alphonse Marie Eppinger)

The celebration of the Beatification of Mother Alphonse Marie is approaching.  Mother Alphonse Marie is the Foundress, of now existing three Congregations originated from her foundation. The Beatification will be held on September 9, 2018 in Strasburg.
Her Beatification is a unique historical period of the history of the three Congregations. We are happy that we can participate in it by prayer and support, in hope and faith.
The official acknowledgement of Mother Alphonse Marie by the Church is for us, a deep spiritual impulse and a great motivation. On one hand, she was the initiator of our form of life and on the other hand, she became for us an example of faith and fidelity in our vocation and the service to others in the Church and in the world.
Besides all necessary preparations, initiatives, and spiritual practices we want to remember that even Mother Alphonse Marie was always focused on God, she never forgot people. She saw the needs and worries of her neighbors. She understood the challenges of time and answered them at the right time. In the Original Rule, she clearly expressed what she held in her heart: “The spirit of the Sisters of the Divine Redeemer should be the Spirit of Jesus Christ.”

The zeal and tireless engagement of Postulator Sister Katarína Krištofová was led to this spectacular result of beatification, for which we are very grateful. We hope and we are convinced that this beatification will bring blessing to the Congregations, originated from the foundation of Mother Alphonse Marie and all who are in connection with the Sisters, so they can bring a rich harvest in the work of Redemption.
The mission continues. We, who are redeemed shall contribute to the salvation of the Church and society and make visible the mystery of redemption in the challenges of today.
